Meet Our Landscape Designers

Sherman Runions is a graduate of The University of Tampa and has over
25 years experience in development including his own projects. He is
also a landscape designer and horticulturalist by love of "hands in
the dirt". He is a member of The American Society of Landscape
Architects and The American Planning Association.

Dan Lindsay is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a
degree in landscape architecture and planning. He has over 35 years
experience in planning, landscape design and horticulture. Dan is
also a member of The American Society of Landscape Architects.
Hunter Marks
Hunter Marks received his Masters in Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State University,
and received his Bachelors Degree in Agriculture from the University of Tennessee. In addition
to his work as a landscape architect, he has over 15 years experience in sales and marketing.
Hunter’s primary areas of interest are environmentally friendly land planning and development,
rural & farmland preservation, and historic landscapes. Hunter is a member of the American
Society of Landscape Architects, is a LEED AP designer, and is licensed as a landscape architect
in North Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee.

Our Design Philosophy Shape the land or let the land shape the project? When and where possible we attempt to plan the project to fit the natural land shapes. Though not always possible we set this as a goal for every project. NATURAL is the key word. |
